We use your details to measure interest, plan the first areas and contact you about Happy Cakes. Joining is voluntary and requires consent. Your details are not sold.
Messages and enquiries
If you use the contact form, we store your name, email, optional company name, subject and message to handle your enquiry. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
Do not send other people’s birthdays, health information or allergies through these forms.
Storage and service providers
Your details are stored with our hosting and storage provider. They are used for the market test, initial launch and replies to enquiries. Our hosting provider may process data on our behalf.
This site does not use advertising or analytics tools. Signups are stored on the server, not only in your browser.
Unsubscribe, access and deletion
You can withdraw consent and delete your signup using the personal link shown after joining. You can also contact Happy Cakes to access, correct or delete your data.
We may need to verify your identity before handling a request about your data.
